Adolescent, or pre-teen, mannequins are quite rare - and that is about all there is to say about them, except to add that there is a gap that needs to be filled. There are certainly a large number of clothing retailers who sell clothing in the 12 to 15-year-old range, and they should have display mannequins that fit their clothing.
