Mannequin Terms

Mannequins may be returned in new condition for a 25% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges both directions. You must contact us within 3 business days if you wish to return a mannequin.
After that time, all sales are final. Cancelled orders incur a 4% processing fee. Refused orders incur the 4% processing fee, as well as shipping and insurance fees both directions.

It is the buyer's responsibility to contact Fedex about any mannequins that arrive damaged in shipping.
Please keep the box and packing material as they may want to inspect it.

You will be financially responsible for any damage that occurs to an item during shipping back to us. We recommend that you contact us if you have questions about proper packaging, and request that you buy insurance on your package. If the item is damaged by the shipper, you will be responsible for filing all paperwork, and receive a refund directly from them. If the damage is due to improper packaging, you will be charged for the mannequin in whole or part, depending on the extent of damage.

Mannequins returned without authorization from MannequinStore.com will be refused.
