Shipping FAQs

Where will my mannequins ship from?
Most mannequins ship directly from our warehouse located just north of Seattle, in Bellingham, Washington.
A few mannequins are drop-shipped, and these may ship from Los Angeles, California or New York.

What shipping company do you use?
UPS.

Can I use my own FedEx or UPS shipping account?
Yes. There is a $25 fee, plus a $10 per item charge.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. We ship anywhere UPS does. See the map below for more information about international shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders process and leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. If you have a deadline,
please let us know when you place your order so that we may better accommodate your needs.

International Shipping
If UPS serves your country, we can deliver our products to you. Keep in mind that delivery costs for mannequins are often expensive due to the oversize boxes. Customs/taxes/fees are NOT assessed by MannequinStore.com. ANY and ALL Customs/taxes/fees that occur are the recipients' responsibility.

Orders that have shipping or billing addresses outside the US/Canada are required to prepay via bank transfer.
