Mannequin Terms

Refund Policy:

You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving the product

You must have return authorization from MannequinStore.com prior to shipping back

Mannequin must arrive to us in NEW condition and with ALL proper packaging

Mannequins must be postmarked within 7 days of initiating return

25% restocking fee

Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance

Shipping is NEVER refundable

Refused packages incur an automatic restocking fee of 35%

Damaged boxes must be replaced; a charge of $22 per box will be applied

You must contact us within 3 business days if you wish to return a mannequin.
After that time, all sales are final. Cancelled orders incur a 4% processing fee.

If you receive a damaged mannequin, please keep the carton and all packing material and contact MannequinStore immediately. We will file a claim with FedEx and they will come and inspect the product. We will request photos of both the mannequins and the box, and cannot proceed until these are received.

Unauthorized returns incur an automatic restocking fee of 35%, without exception. If the product arrives damaged in any way MannequinStore will reduce the refund amount further, as deemed necessary. In some cases the mannequins will arrive in such poor condition that they cannot be sold, even as clearance items. In this case, MannequinStore reserves the right to refuse any refund. MannequinStore can ship damaged mannequins back to the customer, but only at the customer's expense and request.

If the customer fails to notify MannequinStore of any damage prior to returning the mannequin, all damages will be the responsibility of the customer. It is also the customer's sole responsibility to package the mannequins adequately, in sturdy boxes, and with packing material that will ensure a secure arrival back to MannequinStore.
Improper packaging will likely result in a damaged mannequin.

There are NO refunds for any inflatable mannequin which has been inflated.

Shipping quoted is for Fedex ground shipping in the contiguous US only. Insurance is included in the price.
There is an $8 service fee for each item shipped using your own shipping service.
Contact us for shipping quotes outside the contiguous U.S.

Foreign Customers: Customs fees are your responsibility. If they are not paid upon delivery,
you will be charged the original fees, plus a $25 clerical fee.

MannequinStore.com apologizes for any inconvenience that these terms may cause. Unfortunately, we are forced to make rules based on the few unscrupulous customers that we encounter,
rather than the majority of pleasant, honest folk who buy from us. We hope that when you buy a mannequin from us, it will be a satisfactory experience that you'll want to tell others about.
