Mannequin Refund Policy
- To initiate a return, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving
mannequins.
- You must have return authorization from MannequinStore.com prior to shipping
an item back.
- Returned mannequins must arrive back to us in NEW
condition, with ALL proper packaging and in original boxes.
- Mannequins must be postmarked/sent within 7 days of
initiating return.
- A 25% restocking fee will be assessed, in addition
to any credit card processing charges.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping and
insurance.
- Buyer is responsible for any damages that may
occur in transport back to us. Shipping insurance is recommended.
- Shipping is NEVER refundable!
- Refused packages automatically incur a 35%
restocking fee.
- Boxes damaged during the return process will
incur
an additional charge of $22 for mannequin box replacement.
You must contact us within 3 business days if you wish to return a mannequin.
After that time, all sales are final. Cancelled orders incur a
4% processing
fee.
If you receive a damaged mannequin, please keep the carton and all packing
material and contact UPS immediately (they will want to inspect
the damage.) We require photos of both the mannequins and the box, and
cannot proceed until these are received.
Unauthorized returns
incur an
automatic restocking fee of 35%, without exception. If tmannequins
arrive back to us damaged in any way, MannequinStore will reduce the refund amount
further, as deemed necessary. In some cases the mannequins will arrive
in such poor condition that they cannot be sold, even as clearance
items. In this case, MannequinStore reserves the right to refuse any
refund. MannequinStore will ship damaged mannequins back to the customer
at the customer's expense and request.
If the customer fails to notify MannequinStore of any damage prior to
returning the mannequin, all damages noted upon arrival will be the responsibility of the
customer. It is also the customer's sole responsibility to package
the mannequins adequately, in sturdy boxes, and with packing material
that will ensure a secure arrival back to MannequinStore.
Improper packaging will likely result in damaged mannequins.
There are NO refunds for any
inflatable mannequin which has been inflated.
If you receive a defective item , please contact us before
returning it. If you return an item without prior authorization,
your shipping fees may not be refundable.

agencies.
Large orders, international orders, and custom orders require
prepayment, and may require direct bank deposits.
Any orders not paid in full within 30 days of shipping are subject to a
2% finance charge every month (30 days).
We do not ship mannequins COD.
